Today, we can find different flower types – even those which supposedly cannot be grown in the country. Ngayon, maaari naming mahanap ang iba't ibang uri ng bulaklak - kahit ang mga na parang hindi maaaring lumago sa bansa. We have tulips, carnation, and most especially, roses. Kami ay may tulips, Carnation, at pinaka-lalo na, mga rosas.
When we talk of horticulture in the Philippines, we almost always mean ornamental horticulture. Kapag ang usapan namin ng paghahalaman sa Pilipinas, kami halos palaging ibig sabihin ng pang-adorno paghahalaman. In general, horticulture is about flowers while ornamental horticulture involves flowers and other ornamentals. Sa pangkalahatan, ang paghahalaman ay tungkol sa mga bulaklak habang ornamental nagsasangkot paghahalaman bulaklak at iba pang mga abubot. In the Filipino context, these two are the same and offers several products which are available for both domestic and foreign trade. Sa konteksto Filipino, ang mga ito ng dalawang ay ang parehong at nagbibigay ng maraming mga produkto na kung saan ay magagamit para sa parehong mga domestic at dayuhang kalakalan.
• Cut flowers involve fresh flowers and buds which are cut from plants to create bouquets, wreaths, corsage and other special flower arrangements. • Gupitin bulaklak isasangkot sariwang mga bulaklak at buds na kung saan ay hiwa mula sa mga halaman upang lumikha ng bouquets, wreaths, kurpinyo at iba pang espesyal na bulaklak kaayusan.
• Foliage and other plant parts involves the fresh leaves and branches of trees including the shrubs, bushes, grasses, mosses, and lichens which are also used for ornamental purposes • dahon at iba pang mga bahagi ng halaman ay nagsasangkot ng mga sariwang dahon at mga sanga ng puno kasama ang mga shrubs, bushes, grasses, mosses, lichens at kung saan ay ginagamit din para sa mga layuning pang-adorno
• Dried ornamentals are basically dried, dyed and bleached plant materials • Tuyong mga abubot mga talaga tuyo, tinina at bleached planta materyales
• Other ornamentals are trees, shrubs, bushes, roots, and cuttings which are used to decorate indoors and outdoors. • Iba pang mga abubot ay puno, shrubs, bushes, mga ugat, at pinagputulan na ginagamit sa palamutihan loob ng bahay at nasa labas.
With the variety of products offered by the horticulture industry in the country, we can see how important flowers in this country. Gamit ang iba't ibang mga produkto inaalok ng paghahalaman industriya sa bansa, maaari naming makita kung paano mahalaga bulaklak sa bansang ito. In fact, there's even a festival in the Philippines celebrating flowers! Sa katunayan, may kahit isang pagdiriwang sa Pilipinas celebrating bulaklak! There's the Baguio Flower Festival, Kadawayaan Flower Festival in Davao and everywhere else in the country celebrates Flores de Mayo, translated in English as “The Flowers of May”. Mayroon ang Baguio Flower Festival, Kadawayaan Flower Festival sa Davao at sa lahat ng dako sino pa ang paririto sa bansa nagdiriwang Flores de Mayo, isinalin sa Ingles bilang "Ang Bulaklak ng Mayo".
Do you want to express your sympathies for a family's loss? Gusto mong ipahayag ang iyong pakikiramay para sa pagkawala ng isang pamilya? Do you want to express your deepest desires? Gusto mong ipahayag ang iyong mga hinahangad deepest? Sometimes, saying things out loud can become too plain and might not be enough to convey the emotions you want to express. Send someone bouquets of Philippine flowers – roses, and many others. Send bouquets isang tao ng Philippine bulaklak - rosas, at iba pa. Sending them flowers is like sending out smiles to your loved one. Pagpapadala sa kanila ng bulaklak ay tulad ng pagpapadala ng smiles sa iyong mga mahal sa isa.
